Waking Sins products are all unique and produced only once ordered. Because of this if a customer orders the wrong size, color, or just has a change in mind they will not be able to return or exchange their product. In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error I do offer a free replacement or a refund. The customer has to contact Waking Sin within 30 days of the product being delivered. The shipping cost and delivery time for your Waking Sin products depend on how much you order and where you're located, therefor shipping will be calculated at check out.
